CEO and Founder
An HR consultant and cultural transformation expert with over a decade of experience helping organisations navigate the full complexity of people management. My career spans people operations, workforce planning, and strategic business partnering, always with one focus at the heart of it: building workplaces where people genuinely thrive.
I have worked across both the private and public sectors, developing deep expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, training, and leadership development. More recently, I've expanded into individual and team coaching, certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths — a powerful framework that helps leaders and teams unlock their full potential by focusing on what they naturally do best.
I founded Pragmatic HR Partners with a clear purpose: to give every business — regardless of size — access to HR support that is expert, practical, and genuinely tailored to their needs. Too often, HR feels complicated, generic, or out of reach for growing businesses. I built this practice to change that. No jargon. No one-size-fits-all templates. Just straightforward, professional HR that delivers real results.
I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a certified Neuro-Linguistics Practitioner, and a qualified Gallup Strengths Coach. I bring that breadth of knowledge to every client engagement — whether you need day-to-day HR support, a strategic review, or a bespoke coaching programme.
