I have worked across both the private and public sectors, developing deep expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, training, and leadership development. More recently, I've expanded into individual and team coaching, certified in Gallup CliftonStrengths — a powerful framework that helps leaders and teams unlock their full potential by focusing on what they naturally do best.
